John Coulam was born in Louth, Lincolnshire, England on 2 August, 1802. Sarah
Jane Corden was born in Raithby cum Maltby, Lincolnshire, England on 14 February, 1803.
John and Sarah joined the LDS church in England and immigrated to the United
States in 1849. Sarah died en route and was buried somewhere on the
banks of the Mississippi River.
This site, dedicated to the memory of John and Sarah Jane Coulam is devoted
